Bonus Validity: Every bonus has a set expiry period — typically 7 to 30 days. Unused bonuses and related winnings are forfeited after expiry.

Bonus abuse: If bonus abuse is detected — such as claiming bonuses via multiple accounts, VPN usage to collect bonuses, or any form of exploitation — bonuses will be forfeited and the account may be closed.

All game outcomes on 7788x are determined by a Certified Random Number Generator (RNG). No employee or platform can influence game results.

Gaming limits: Each game has set minimum and maximum bet limits. Slots typically allow bets from ৳20 to ৳10,000. Live Casino and Sports Betting have separate limits.

Technical Issue: If disconnection or technical issues occur during gameplay, the game outcome will be determined according to the game server logs. Already processed transactions cannot be reversed.
